Zena leverages its years of experience in all disciplines of real estate to minimize risk and keep projects on schedule and on budget. Zena Management Services is a development management company and operates as a branch of Zena Land Development. Mr. Robert Betancur, President of Zena Management Services with 20 plus years’ experience in land development, along with his team leaders, manage the acquisition, entitlement, and development of the Zena Land Development portfolio as well as a select group of land development and home building companies. In addition to the Zena Land Development portfolio, Zena Management Services has developed more than 3,000 lots for its clients within the DFW market area. Zena Land Development and Zena Management Services have collectively developed over 10,000 single family lots and is actively working on more than 1,100 lots for 2023-2024.
