Enhancing Community Spaces: Zelmacher's Contribution to the Visalia CBOC Zelmacher is proud to have played a part in the major tenant improvement project for the Visalia Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), providing crucial Structural Engineering services. Our contributions included: - Building Evaluation (ASCE 31/41) - Design and support for a new elevator shaft - Foundation and anchorage for the generator set - Supports for various suspended equipment We had the pleasure of working alongside the Design-Build Team, including Lantz Boggio / Architects and Ryan Companies US, Inc. who collaborated closely with the Veteran’s Administration to bring this project to life. Zelmacher contributed to the creation of a landmark facility that will serve the community for years to come. It was also great to see Steve Bradford (Bradford Steel) and Jonathan Doss (2Market Visuals-fantastic signage!) contributing their expertise to the project.
