Robin Zeidel was honored to serve as a guest lecturer this week at the New York University Tisch Center of Hospitality for Professor Karen Rubin's course entitled Hotel Planning, Design, and Construction. Robin focused on construction and design contracts for hotel owners and developers, including project delivery methods; pricing structures; controlling risks related to cost, schedule and quality; and addressing disputes. A great opportunity to support the future leaders of the hospitality industry!

Congratulations to our client, Mack Real Estate Group, on the completion of Swell, its latest multi-family development, located in Yesler Terrace, Seattle. It was a pleasure to work with the talented Mack team on contracts for this development beginning at its initial stages, from pre-design investigation and testing with various vendors and architectural services, to the overall construction and the creation of mural artwork installations with an artist in the Pacific Northwest. It’s so gratifying to see hard work come to fruition.
