Today makes it official with the publishing of #HUD Notice H 2024-09: The deadline for full compliance with Sections 102 and 104 of HOTMA has been extended to July 1, 2025. The Office of Multifamily Housing Programs will be releasing FAQs soon to address questions already submitted to HUD.
