The Behind-the-Scenes Drama: ? That moment when two team members realize their fundamental disagreement was actually just a remote-work-communication issue. And they're best friends now. ??? The Plot Twist: ? The best idea of the offsite happens… completely by accident. Usually at dinner. Or over drinks. ?? The Emotional Finale: ? Someone gives a surprisingly deep toast. ? Karaoke is not optional. An 80s classic gets absolutely butchered and the Americans are weirdly good at rapping. ? Goodbyes are very hug-heavy.
