Mrs. Glowin has over fourteen years of experience assisting lenders and servicers with complex Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, including confirmation of reorganization plans, motions for relief, claim defense, lien avoidance actions, preference avoidance actions, adversary proceedings, and appeals. During her career, Mrs. Glowin has also acted as in-house counsel, providing financial institutions with compliance policy and procedure, managing default litigation, conducting risk- loss analysis, and resolving contested foreclosures in six states. Mrs. Glowin is active in the default industry and has cultivated a passion for working closely with clients.
