Our Early Learning Academy had a very special guest—Chanel H. Frazier, Founder & CEO of CHF Ventures, and most recently, Head of BlackRock Atlanta. She is a transformational senior executive with a track record of driving innovation and growth. As a member of our Academy of Women Achievers Class of 2024, Chanel took time to read to our young learners, sharing the power of storytelling and inspiring the next generation. Chanel’s leadership and dedication to fostering inclusive communities make a lasting impact, and we are grateful for her support of YWCA Greater Atlanta. Thank you, Chanel, for investing in our future leaders! #YWCAATL #WomenWhoLead #AcademyOfWomenAchievers #BlackRock #CommunityLeadership #EarlyEducation

We are so grateful to UPS for supporting YWCA Greater Atlanta’s mission and for hosting us at their inspiring panel discussion, The Art of Building Community: Women Supporting Women. It was truly powerful to hear from incredible women leaders about their journeys and the importance of uplifting one another. A huge thank you to the panelists and moderator: ?? Moderator: Tracy Pointer ?? Panelists: ?? Deisha Barnett - President, Global Communications ?? Stephanie Dexter - President, UPS Supply Chain Solutions ?? Nicole “Nikki” Clifton - President, Social Impact and The UPS Foundation Following the panel, we were honored to be the chosen recipients of UPS’s Support the Cycle community service project! UPS team members assembled over 400 period kits with donated pads and tampons, which will go directly to participants in our Teen Girls in Technology and Digital Skills Academy programs. Special thanks to Patrick Smith for recommending our partnership and to Taylor Johnson, Krystal Middleton, and the entire UPS team for organizing such a meaningful day. And of course, gratitude to Jhanai Y. Gates Gates, YWCA Greater Atlanta Advocacy Coordinator, for sharing insights on period poverty, and Zenya Udwadia, our Volunteer and Events Manager, for working closely with the UPS team to make this possible. This past weekend, our ENCOREplus program partnered with Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta, Inc. to provide free mammograms to 17 women without health insurance. Ensuring access to life-saving screenings is a vital part of our commitment to breast health education and early detection. Thank you to our incredible partners and everyone who helped make this possible! #BreastHealth #ENCOREPlus #YWCAEmpowers

Congratulations to 13 of our incredible YWCA Greater Atlanta teachers for earning their Child Development Associate (CDA) certification! The CDA is a nationally recognized credential that represents dedication, knowledge, and excellence in early childhood education. To achieve this milestone, our teachers completed 120 hours of education training and 480 hours of hands-on experience working with children from birth to age five. This certification strengthens their ability to provide high-quality learning experiences, ensuring that every child in our care gets the strong start they deserve. We are so proud of their commitment to professional growth and to the children and families they serve every day! ?? Join us in celebrating their hard work and success! #YWCAAtlanta #EarlyChildhoodEducation #CDACertified #InvestInTeachers #QualityEducation
