"Autism isn't a limitation, just a different way of navigating the world." Thank you so much to Crossroads Center For Children for leading a super informative Women's History Month Lunch & Learn for our staff, called "Celebrating the Achievements of Women on the Autism Spectrum: Honoring Stories of Strength, Resilience, and Empowerment". This presentation focused on the contributions, achievements and unique challenges of women on the autism spectrum as well as the intersection of gender and autism. Women with autism have paved the way in many fields, from science, to art, to activism. They emphasized the importance of supporting the wellbeing of women with autism, and ensuring that they are given proper representation. We're so grateful and learned so much, thank you again to Crossroads! ??

Today, the #PaycheckFairnessAct will be reintroduced in Congress. This legislation will close loopholes in our current fair pay law that are critical to closing the gender #WageGap, including anti-retaliation job protections. Legislators: Pass the PFA without delay! #EqualPayDay
