? Learning, Exploring, and Connecting at YWCA Elgin! ? Check out these awesome moments from our nighttime English as a Second Language (ESL) classes! ???? ??? Our students worked together to create a map with eight points of interest, then paired up—mixing different levels—and set off on an exciting scavenger hunt to find each spot. They had such a great time exploring and came back eager to share their discoveries! ?? In another activity, students participated in a fun speed conversation session. Every three minutes, they switched partners to practice speaking English with someone new. It was a fantastic way to build confidence, make new friends, and strengthen conversation skills! We’re so proud of the energy and enthusiasm these learners bring to class every night. ?? #YWCAElgin #ESL #CommunityLearning #LanguageJourney #LifelongLearning
