I collaborate and provide strategic consulting and strategies to multi-industry organizations seeking to optimize human capital investments, transform, and thrive, especially during times of uncertainty and transition. I create and deliver approaches to produce more inclusive organizations and systems. Partner with DEI and Organization Design thought leaders and consulting practices in developing market differentiating strategies, business models, structural options, and decision-making to deliver growth and innovation. Because companies with inclusive practices are 2.2x more likely to achieve exceptional financial results, I design scorecards to drive equity outcomes for employees, patients, and the overall community.
