We provide a broad range of general and specialized medical, psychiatric, nursing, women's health, social work, and ancillary services for the primary care patient in a community-based clinic. We are dedicated to remaining a patient-centered, integrated health care organization for our families. ? The focus of our team model is: health promotion, disease prevention, management of acute and chronic medical conditions, referral to specialty care and coordination of patient health care needs.

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic serves more than 166,000 people across 25 medical clinics, 13 dental clinics, 8 pharmacies, and 64 programs in two states. We also offer community programs that offer assistance with employment and training, afterschool education, rental and shelter assistance, energy assistance, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling and testing, home visits, tobacco cessation, and three mobile medical/dental clinics.
