Written content creator: responsible for uploading written content to Facebook, Bluesky, and LinkedIn weekly. We are looking with an individual who has experience with social media campaign development, adhering to a consistent posting schedule, and is proficient in these social media platforms. 2. Video content creator: responsible for creating and uploading short videos that will be uploaded to TikTok and Instagram. With an MSc in Biomedical Computing from the Technical University of Munich and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, Rachelle’s technical background is as impressive as her professional achievements. Rachelle has been instrumental in the development of groundbreaking projects, such as Floy’s medical AI device, where she ensured compliance with complex EU regulations. Her academic research in synthetic data for bone tumor classification exemplifies her dedication to innovation. At Yuvoice, Rachelle’s global perspective and expertise in artificial intelligence help us chart a course for sustainable growth and impactful collaborations.

With over a decade of nonprofit leadership experience, Megan Millar, Yuvoice’s Chief Operations Officer, ensures our organizational strategy is executed with precision and purpose. Her previous role at Citizens Advice saw her managing 120 volunteers across 10 sites and introducing innovative digital systems to streamline recruitment. Megan’s hands-on approach fosters collaboration and builds resilience within our teams. Her commitment to driving operational excellence is matched by her excitement for personal milestones—Megan welcomed her first child last December, embodying balance and leadership in all aspects of her life.

Yuvoice is proud to be led by Isvari Maranwe as our CEO. An expert in cybersecurity and technology law, Isvari has built an impressive career working with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, including the FCC, Department of Defense, and State Department. She is the recipient of numerous accolades, including the prestigious Outstanding Achievement Award from the U.S. Secretary of Defense. Beyond her legal expertise, Isvari’s background as a physics researcher at CERN brings a unique perspective to her leadership.
