Yummi Sushi’s commitment to excellent service and quality products begins with its founders, Thein and Katie Aung. Thein earned his BBA degree from the University of North Carolina specializing in business management and marketing. Thein’s focus is developing an organizational culture emphasizing efficiency and a stimulating work environment for Yummi Sushi’s employees and partners through professionalism, integrity, and customer relations. Katie is a published research scientist who earned her degree in Chemistry. Consequently, her expertise includes the institution of stringent safe-handling procedures and testing for all of Yummi Sushi’s products.

We had a fantastic time this past Saturday night at the 9th Annual Bags for Badges event, hosted at Gilley’s Dallas. Yummi Sushi was honored to serve as a Chief Sponsor for this wonderful event, which supports the Assist the Officer (ATO) Foundation. This organization provides vital financial aid to first responders who experience loss of income due to serious injury, illness, or other catastrophic events. It also offers confidential counseling and immediate support to the families of officers who have tragically passed away. The event showcased an impressive array of luxury handbags from renowned brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada, and Michael Kors, along with a variety of other exciting raffle items. We were even graced by a visit from Police Chief Eddie Garcia. It was a truly memorable evening dedicated to a worthy cause, and we are proud to support this important Foundation.
