We’re expanding! Great news out of New Century, Kansas, where @Upfield US makes iconic brands like Country Crock and I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter. Yukon is thrilled to announced the groundbreaking of a new cold storage warehouse in the Kansas City market. Leased by CJ Logistics America and plant-attached to Upfield, the facility will feature an above-ground conveyor bridge linking Upfield's plant to the new warehouse. "This project required an innovative solution to connect the two buildings, with active railway situated between them. We are proud to have overcome this challenge with an above-ground, over-rail conveyor bridge structure. The physical connection and integration of the new warehouse with Upfield’s existing production facility exemplify the parties' long-term dedication to maximizing the efficiency and sustainability of the factory's operations," said Axel Anderson, Director of Development for Yukon Real Estate Partners.
