Claire plays an essential role in our Health and Safety team, making safety simple, approachable, and an integral part of everyday life at Yugo. Her work includes crafting easy-to-follow policies and leveraging data to enhance safety for everyone across Yugo. ?? Claire has led transformative projects that make safety information more accessible and strengthen Yugo’s safety culture. Her innovative Power BI platform brings health and safety statistics to life, while the central YuSafe Hub on our intranet has become a go-to resource for all things safety. Her advice to colleagues? Be present, speak up, and share your ideas. "Yugo is a company that listens and evolves based on employee feedback," Claire says. "Even the smallest ideas can make a meaningful difference, so don’t be afraid to share them!" ?? Outside of work, Claire cherishes quality time with her young daughter and family.
