Less than 24 hours after Election Day, 2024 Democratic Presidential Nominee Kamala Harris delivered a concession speech at her alma mater, Howard University, in Washington, D.C. Our Chief Correspondent, Pingping Yin, covered the event live through dynamic, social media-style video reporting.

With Election Day approaching, GOP U.S. Senate candidate Larry Hogan visited Maryland’s Asian American communities once more to make a final pitch. He pledged to prioritize policy over politics and urged them to turn out and support him.

The voting rates among Asian Americans used to be low. But it’s not the same this election cycle. With civil awareness awakening, more Asian voters are willing to vote. Many are not only committed to voting themselves but are also actively working to motivate others because they become aware that our votes are our voices. We need higher voter turnouts to amplify our voices and show that Asian Americans are no longer silent.
