YMCA Professional Network (YPN) is a YMCA of the USA-supported professional development and peer-to-peer network with more than 30 chapters nationwide led by local Y staff. Through leadership training and networking opportunities, YPN helps you advance your Y career by improving the skills and competencies needed for you to help your Y achieve its organizational goals. What you gain from YPN: Learn new skills through trainings and eLearnings Build your networks Share knowledge with your peers Develop as a leader All Y staff—including part-time and seasonal—are general YPN members upon hire and have immediate access to YPN events and resources.
