Over the past year, we’ve accomplished so much together—from launching as an independent nonprofit in January 2024 to wrapping up this semester with over 200 high school students earning money for learning about mindset, growth, business skills, and finances —all thanks to the support of amazing people like YOU. ?? As the Chief Operating Officer of Narrator Inc., Brittany plays a crucial role in strategic planning, resource allocation, and process optimization, driving the success of innovative marketing campaigns for some of the biggest studios in the entertainment industry, including Warner Bros., Amazon, Apple, Universal, and Lionsgate. Beginning her career at Starbucks, Brittany spent a decade rising through the ranks to become a high-level operations coach. This formative experience provided her with a profound understanding of leadership and growth mindset, which now shapes her approach to business and team development. She continued on to hold pivotal roles as Director of Operations at a luxury chocolatier and a hospice health agency. These diverse experiences refined her skills in operations management and reinforced her belief in the power of diversity and people as the cornerstone of success in any industry. Growing up in Los Angeles with limited means, Brittany is intimately familiar with the challenges faced by underprivileged youth. This personal journey fuels her passion for development and mentorship.
