This was one of those “very hard but worth it” learning experiences to bring awareness and to “see” some of the difficult things in our communities. I’m very grateful for organizations like Youth Futures Utah who are doing something about what they “see”.
Last weekend our team members participated in the Annual Sleep Out at Youth Futures Utah Teen Homeless Shelter in Ogden. Youth Futures provides vital support to homeless and at-risk youth in Utah, and the event helped raise awareness and funds for their essential programs. We spent the night outside to better understand the challenges these teens face and cooked breakfast on a Blackstone griddle for all participants, while also collecting snacks and grocery gift cards throughout the month to help feed these youth. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this important cause! Learn more about Youth Futures using this link. https://lnkd.in/gHenVXM2
