This year, we are recognizing and honoring three outstanding leaders who have made significant contributions to the youth of Jersey City: Dr. Janine Anderson, Principal?of Rev. Dr. Ercel F. Webb Elementary School, PS #22, for her excellence in?Academics. Miguel Angel Lugo, Player Agent at Roberto Clemente Little League, for his Excellence in?Athletics.
