YAF is a youth-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to breaking down barriers to activism by providing funding and guidance to young organizers in Florida. The Organizing Director will play a key leadership role in advancing YAF’s mission by driving our state-wide organizing efforts. This role requires a passionate, strategic, and experienced organizer who can manage multiple campaigns, develop young leaders, and expand the organization’s reach and impact across Florida. We are currently seeking regional campaign advisors in Central, South, and West Florida who serve as coaches for youth activists and equip them with necessary resources as they lead issue-based projects in their communities.
