The Claims Academy is an intensive 2 day curriculum for claims professionals to increase their knowledge in claims management and earn their ICMS in the following tracks: casualty, construction, transportation, work comp and cyber claims. Erickson started the day off by teaching the entire Academy about what happens when a claim goes into litigation and how claims and defense counsel can interface to create the best defense for the insured client. This group was ready to learn and we are so excited for them to complete the Academy this week! We love working with bright, interested learners of our profession.
