Younity (formerly Womanspace) is a leading nonprofit agency in Mercer County, New Jersey, that provides a comprehensive array of services to individuals and families impacted by domestic and sexual violence and dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults and their families. Alana has been a dedicated counselor at Younity for over 20 years, using her outstanding clinical skills to empower and support victim-survivors. She leads the TES Group, offering education and skills training while also mentoring staff. Senior Program Coordinator, Rita, has been with Younity for 40 years! Rita's warmth and compassion make her beloved among staff and clients alike and her smile lights up every room she enters. Her dependability is unparalleled and she's the first to step up when a challenge arises. Samir has been a devoted member of the Response Teams of Mercer County for over a decade, responding to countless calls with compassion and dedication. ? Strength in collaboration! ? On March 1, Younity was proud to take part in the Rotary Club of Robbinsville Hamilton's Nonprofit Summit, held at the RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center - Hamilton. This powerful gathering brought together local organizations dedicated to uplifting our community and expanding impact through collaboration. Our President & CEO, Nathalie S. Nelson, joined a distinguished panel of nonprofit leaders, moderated by Barrett T. Young, CEO of the Rescue Mission of Trenton, to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing nonprofits today—from funding and technology to the importance of working together to create lasting change. Meanwhile, our Prevention & Community Educator, Grace Flagler, connected directly with attendees at the Younity resource table, providing crucial information about our services, programs, and support for victim-survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
