The kind of future you’d have is determined by the choices you make today. Make hay while the sun shines is an old adage that still holds true. You won’t always be young, so my advise to you is that while you’re still young, make the best of the opportunities to get so that you can create a comfortable future for yourself. #blackwomenintech #womenintech #computerscience #digitalempowerment #techcabal #africatech #girlsintech #girlchild #ikorodu #hightechskills #techteens #Mondaymotivation

Meet Shalewa, Shalewa is 25 years old and she is doing well for herself today but it wasn’t always the case. Shalewa was born into the family of an artisan and a petty trader. Her parents were determined that she will do better than them but they didn’t have all the resources so they sent her to a public school and ensured she was very studious. As soon as she was done with secondary school, she proceeded to a federal university where she studied hard and ran a small business on the side. Today Shalewa is an executive in a renowned company, she is able to send money to her parents from time to time and they are all happy. Not everyone starts out great but the decision you make would shape what your future would look like. Do not miss out on opportunities to become a better version of yourself. Keep improving, keep getting better.
