We’re incredibly honored to have been a part of the #Xerox One Conference Event in D.C., an incredibly inspiring and empowering experience for all ERG Members and Allies at Xerox. This event brought Members and Allies from ten different ERG’s together from all across the globe through joint SLT/EC round tables, networking events and opportunities to gain new personal and professional skills. Our Global President, Molly Doran,?joined the ‘Bring DEIB to the Forefront’?panel alongside three other incredible ERG Leaders, discussing the critical importance of DEIB initiatives and the role young professionals play in shaping the future. Today is World Mental Health Day, and the call to action is clear, "It is time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace". World Mental Health Day is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. It was first celebrated in 1992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organization with members and contacts in more than 150 countries. Mental health is as equally important as your Physical heath. Young Professionals NeXgen want to send love, support, and solidarity to everyone who: ?? Suffers from a mental health illness ?? Remains silent for fear of retaliation or stigmatization ?? Needs support and is afraid to ask for it ?? Fights with suicidal thoughts or addictions ?? Participates in therapy to help them cope ?? Has someone close to them who is struggling Mental health is health... and ?? It’s okay to not be okay.
