Founded in 2022, the Young Professionals Cohort is a growing group of driven, passionate, and welcoming Community Action emerging leaders. Our mission is to provide opportunities to network and connect virtually with Community Action colleagues nationwide. Young Professionals ages 20-32 are welcome to participate in this group designed to offer open discussion, sharing, and support. Membership is open to any individual aged 20-32 employed at a Community Action Agency or State Association.
