One of my USPs as a growth professional is simply being old. I mean it in a kinda good way :) That's why when Tomasz Syta and the team from Young Operators asked me if i'd be willing to share my thoughts on growing new businesses, I was 100% in. Come on, being old has to be positive for somethings right :) I've grown various businesses over the last 17 years. Some things still work, some do not. The more I look at 2025, the more you have to throw away the old playbook of how businesses grew in the 2020s. There is no copy and paste growth approach.
