This Veteran's Day we pause to recognize our brave men and women who selflessly serve our country. Since 1959, Young Life has been walking alongside Military teens, demonstrating genuine care for them, and providing a model of Christian hope among military communities. Military teens face unique challenges, such as frequent moves, cultural adjustments, and parental deployments. Through Club Beyond, leaders are available to support them in the midst of change, build genuine relationships, celebrate their lives, and provide a steady, caring presence. ?? We’re celebrating the incredible work happening through Young Life across Africa! The passion, dedication, and heart of our teams and volunteers are paving the way for a powerful movement among young people seeking to know Christ. Young Life Africa introduces kids to Jesus Christ and helps them grow in their faith. This work is happening on a continent consisting of mostly young people; 75% of the population of sub-Sahara Africa is under the age of 25! When leaders share Jesus with kids, hearts change, lives change and communities change. Today, we praise the Lord and proudly celebrate the 83rd birthday of Young Life! For over eight decades, we have been dedicated to empowering young people, helping them grow in their faith, and building authentic friendships. With a presence in 107 countries, our global network is stronger than ever. We are incredibly grateful to the countless youth, volunteers, staff, and supporters who have been part of this amazing journey. Together, we’ve made a lasting impact for the glory of Christ —and we’re just getting started! As we reflect on and celebrate the past, we’re even more excited for the future. The energy, creativity, and passion of the next generation will continue to shape the world in unimaginable ways.?Here's to many more years of fun, adventure, friendship, and sharing the good news of God's love.
