Young Leaders for Vietnam 2024 Recap – Back-to-back Impactful Fieldworks I’m super honored to have been selected for this year’s Young Leaders for Vietnam 2024 program! And I am even more honored to have received back-to-back first-place spots for both case competitions within the program. Young Leaders for Vietnam has been a wild ride, but with real, impactful results throughout each course of the program, a journey in which I got to immerse myself with super-talented individuals, from coaching sessions with seasoned management consultants to solving real-life business cases in helping V?n Art to grow sustainably, to working with individuals from top tier firms was an absolutely amazing learning experience. Each fieldwork was a masterclass in professional development, pushing me to expand my skills, perspective, and potential.
?? Celebrating the Success of YLV 2024! ?? We’re thrilled to share the highlights from this year's YLV program, where we aimed to shape Vietnam's future leaders through impactful forums and hands-on fieldwork. Forum 1: We dove deep into personal values, leadership, business strategy, problem-solving, presentation skills, product innovation, and Agile methodology. Our participants tackled real-world challenges, like an engaging OpenAI case study, sharpening their communication and strategic thinking. Forum 2: Our 3-week business case competition focused on boosting educational access in rural Vietnam. Nine dynamic groups presented innovative solutions, with Group 8 from HCMC taking the top spot! The forum was all about teamwork, constructive feedback, and leading in uncertain times. We were inspired by talks from leaders - Madam Thuy Dam, Bruce Delteil, and Hao Tran at the Leadership Roundtable. Fieldwork: In partnership with V?n Art, we challenged 45 students from top universities in Hanoi and HCMC with a real-world problem. This immersive experience included a Founder’s Story session, a field trip to V?n Art’s facility in Hà ??ng, brainstorming roundtables, and a final presentation day. Eight teams proposed innovative, market-backed solutions to help V?n Art grow sustainably, highlighting their core values in silk artistry and employment for people with disabilities. A huge thank you to all our participants, partners, and team members for your dedication and hard work. And a special shoutout to our amazing speakers and trainers: Madam Thuy Dam, Hao Tran, Cuong Le, Phuong Hoang, Amy Phan, Bruce Delteil, Nhi L. Dao, Minh Tam Le, Julia Tran, Phuong Nguyen, Lan Phuong Nguyen, Vinh Vu, Ly Tran, Duy B., Minh Van, Dat Bui, Thanh Nguyen, Harindu Nanayakkara, Mai Anh (Alice) Nguyen, Hong M.
