ABOUT US We empower racialized youth to make an impact. We are the Young Leaders Advisory Council. Mission To situate young people of racialized communities in positions of leadership and influence by promoting diversity and inclusion within the National Capital Region and across Canada. In collaboration with its allies YLAC seeks to influence the Canadian narrative of the Black diaspora, through advocacy, mentorship and education.
