As members of the Cleveland Pay Equity Alliance, led by NEOWC and Collaborate Cleveland, we are proud to support the introduction of Pay Equity Legislation earlier this year. ??? Our work doesn’t stop there! YLN and NEOWC spent last year providing Bilingual Wage Theft Clinics, and this year, we’re continuing the fight with Bilingual Immigration & Wage Theft Clinics—ensuring our communities are informed and protected. ???? Equal Pay is not just a women’s issue—it’s a community issue. We stand in solidarity with all who are fighting for economic justice!
