In honor of Women’s History Month, our Board vice president, Jonathan Smith, reflects on what it means to practice intentional allyship—not just in words but in action. From amplifying women’s voices to challenging bias and advocating for trans inclusion, real allyship starts with listening, learning, and showing up every day. Men have both the responsibility and privilege to do just that. Read the full reflection: https://lnkd.in/gTfZZz7c #WomensHistoryMonth #Allyship

13 days into #BlackHistoryMonth means we’re already halfway through. This year has been one of the most joyous #BHM celebrations I can recall—Beyoncé making history with her ‘Best Country Album’ and AOTY wins, Doechii becoming the latest Black woman to win ‘Best Rap Album,’ Kendrick Lamar’s Grammy sweep and the most-viewed Super Bowl halftime performance, and an Eagles win led by a Black quarterback in one of the Blackest cities in the country. But even in these moments, we’re reminded that progress is never as linear as it seems. As we reflect on the double-edged sword of being Black in America, I had the opportunity to share my thoughts on #BlackHistoryMonth and Black mental health for You Aren't Alone Project’s blog—thanks to a board member and good friend who extended the invitation.
