MANTEC's Smart Manufacturing Conference is always a must-see. Today is no exception. JR McGee Xtream Leadership Group (pictured here with me) kicked it off with no-nonsense insights into managing well during chaos. And the chaos "is just going to get worse" over the next year he warns.

We had a blast hosting York College engineering seniors and their Materials Science professor Tristan Ericson Ph.D. John and Kyle, members of our engineering team, gave a lively tour from drawings to their parts and assemblies. A key takeaway: manufacturability. "Talk to machinists, ask them for insights on how they would make the parts you design" John advised.

Kudos to YorkPMHers who recently completed Red Cross Certification for First Aid, CPR and AED. This brings to seven the total number of our colleagues who are certified to assist in this way during an emergency. They include Dan, John K, Gail, Robert, Kevin S., Jeff S., and Michele.
