They visited Little York Confectionery for a chocolate-making demo (Key Lime Pie Bonbons were the crowd favorite!) and took a ride back in time with Yorktown & Co.'s Stanley Steamer ?? Wagon, where they explored the Yorktown Battlefield and enjoyed fife tunes that once echoed during the Siege of Yorktown. ?? The wait is over for York County residents, who have eagerly anticipated what will become of the nearly completed building on Route 17 that was originally intended as a Beale's brewpub. On Friday, July 26, York County Economic & Tourism Development (ETD) welcomed 11 staff members from Visit Williamsburg, including their new CEO, Edward Harris, to Historic Yorktown!
