Announcing Yogaya's Chief of Staff - Witah Georjane. She'll also be serving as the voice of the company and as an executive assistant to our C-suite leadership; driving key internal capstone projects such as YOF - Yogaya Operations Framework this year. Witah (Jane) joined Yogaya in year 2021, as one of our first 20 employees; delivering great work year over year. We take culture seriously at Yogaya, and will be observing a 4 day work week (Monday-Thursday with all Fridays off) for all engineers starting this year; replacing year end performance reviews with same day feedbacks. With learnings from pandemic - engineering teams will forever have options to work remote; placing servers in data centers, and employees in cafes or where-ever they want. cc: Abhishek Sharma, Sahil Sharma (Yogaya's Co-founders) Middle school classmates, now grown up enough to run a company themselves; with their Chief Happiness Officers (CHOs), Aura ?? & Oliver ??.
