This includes conflict resolution, decision-making protocols, defined roles and responsibilities, and agreements on personal boundaries. Starting this September, I’ll be joining a group of talented technology company founders for a 10-week journey where we’ll dive deep into strategic consulting, customer discovery, and market research, culminating in a final pitch deck presentation. I’m particularly excited about the chance to connect with other founders, share our successes and challenges, and refine our approach to making homeownership more accessible through co-buying, property redevelopment, and high-quality renovations.
