I hadn’t been to the Red Bank YMCA in a few years — since my son took his first swimming lessons — so I was super-impressed with all the programming at the Y! Thank you to Executive Director Sally Darrow and Chief Development Officer Pam Hearn for the extensive tour … I learned so much about all you do for residents of #MonmouthCounty. I am excited to see how JCP&L employee volunteers can ‘help out’ this year, and I think you convinced me to take a class soon ??— though the upstairs walking track??♀?is definitely my speed ?? — as I try to embrace personal fitness, self-care and healthier eating.
