Ask your employees what their “why” is for working at the chamber and about their dreams for their career path. You may find that they have an interest in working in another area in the organization and if you are able to provide professional development or cross-functional training, that may keep them motivated and engaged. Knowing and understanding them can help you better relate to them and align their goals with the goals of the chamber!
