?? Big news! YES Prep’s Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program was featured in the Houston Chronicle! TIA is a state-funded program that rewards highly-effective teachers with salary incentives. At YES Prep, that means educators can earn up to $101,500 while staying in the classroom. This year, 88 teachers received new or elevated designations, bringing the total to 184! ??
