Temps are dropping and flakes are flying! That means the adventurous kids who participate in Youth Enrichment Services' weekly ski trips could use some extra layers and ski gear, as well as snacks to keep them fueled. If your company is able to take on either the?gear wish list?or the?snacks wish list?(or both!), YES would be most appreciative, and their young participants will be grateful as they build confidence, connect with positive role models, and develop into young leaders while experiencing the outdoors. We gave a warm YES welcome this morning to Dr. Yvonne Spicer, Executive Director of Life Science Cares Boston. Before our campers headed out for a pool party at the Danversport Yacht Club, we enjoyed games, crafts, and a lovely morning meeting! Thank you to Dr. Spicer and Life Science Cares for generously supporting YES. We couldn’t offer our summer programs without you! (P.S. Apply to work as an Outdoor Adventure Leader or a Track & Field Assistant Coach with Youth Enrichment Services!? Outdoor Adventure Leaders learn and instruct youth on the basics of mountain biking, hiking, kayaking and rock climbing while collaborating with adult Activity Captains to plan, organize, and lead programs. Track & Field Assistant Coaches?collaborate with Track & Field coaches and leaders to plan, organize, and lead activities at English High School in Jamaica Plain or Moakley Park in South Boston.
