We could not have said it better than what our leader noted ?????? We’re going to hold him to EVERY word too. We just do what we do for our clients because it’s the right thing to do. No politics, no Assets Under Management metrics and no stock price targets (Note: It should be noted that equity comp is not incentivizing if that stock price is low… so talk to your Company’s Leadership on what they’re doing in that area). Feel free to leave the Equity Admin Day to Day, Proxy Comp Tables and the basic Financial Reporting and Accounting stuff to the experts so you can focus on other pressing matters. ????
So your company needs a Stock Plan Administrator? Please pay them and pay them well. We deal with a lot of stuff across various functional teams and silos... some teams don't even like each other and intentionally keep info close to the vest... info that another team needs to do their job on processing & reporting equity comp transactions.
