yes and thinking is a career strategy consultancy, who is a partner in moments you need a partner in your career decisions. Here some ideas of how: *Strategy Refresh for your Job Search - We will work together over a few sessions on solving a problem you are facing in your job search, strategizing approaching and providing new guidance to run forward. *Pivot Coaching - Working with you from the start of your pivot to Linkedin and Resume review and guidance and interview guidance. *Team and Talent Advisory Model - I will spend the first 1-2 months conducting an assessment. After the assessment I will spend 8-12 hours per month advising you and your team for as long as necessary; and your internal team is responsible for execution. I am also happy to be flexible to your needs. Reach out and let's chat. TL;DR Why now? Coming out of the great tech firings of 2022, a lot of friends reached out to reconnect. A common theme I saw is the sheer number of brilliant, talented people who could not successfully or succinctly communicate their value. And, they were re-entering a job market that was unlike anything we had experienced and they were going to have to do something new: industry, role, level, etc. So, we worked together to create their personal value prop, pro/cons, as well as brainstormed better ways to communicate on their CV and Linkedin. And, it worked. I'm not the reason they got a job, I just helped them to see the best of themselves. Who is Chris Meador? Hi! I'm a 20+ year marketing veteran, with experience in B2B/B2C Tech, Media and Start-ups, and who also made a pivot into Executive Recruiting, focused on earlier stage companies, series B-IPO, or companies in a talent transition. My approach. I am a Strategist, not a coach. I am direct, big hearted and caring. I'm also going to tell you the truths as I see it, share my experiences, push you on your thinking, as my job is to help you move forward.
