Adverse health effects of poly and perfluorinated chemicals (PFAS) are being investigated on all fronts. Our recent studies, using the FRG humanized mice developed by Yecuris Corporation which carry human hepatocytes in mouse liver, contribute to the growing evidence of their adverse effects in the liver. Contributors include Dakota Robarts, Manasi Kotulkar, PhD, Diego Paine-Cabrera, Kaitlyn Venneman, Sumedha Gunewardena, Lander Foquet, PhD, and George Bial.
