A well deserved recognition for Ida Lee Park Tennis Center. Congratulations on their second year making the "Best Tennis Facility in Northern Virginia" List! "The tennis program at Ida Lee Park has expanded significantly since the first tennis “bubble” opened in 2007. In 2022, three existing outdoor courts were converted to a year-round, indoor tennis facility. Now, Ida Lee Park boasts seven indoor courts and four outdoor courts." Despite snowy conditions in Pennsylvania, Spring Training is in full effect for the Misericordia University Baseball Team. The American State Bank Sports Center in Sioux Center, Iowa has "logged 6,000 hours of use, including more than 100 softball games and 2,000 reservations" in its first year - that's over 16 hours a day! According to their director, Trent Roose, "Expectations have been exceeded." The multi use space serves the entire community - from Dordt University practices to regional high schools to a Sioux Center Health physical therapy and sports medicine clinic. We enjoyed watching this idea become a reality, and are looking forward to seeing how it grows. https://lnkd.in/gZdhxQuc
