Yates Exterior Restoration is proud to announce the successful completion of a FISP project at 299 West 12th Street in Greenwich Village. The work at the 17-story, circa 1931 Emery Roth-designed building entailed the installation of new railings in cast stone, and the replacement of multi-colored brick, all of which required LPC approval. Senior Project Manager Greg Macquam worked directly with architect, Vincent Astarita from the office of Howard L. Zimmerman Architects & Engineers, to achieve the desired results. ?
