"I am incredibly proud to be part of Yango and to help launch our inspiring services worldwide! Last week, I visited Oman for the first time on a business trip to explore the local market for our Yasmina smart speakers with AI assistant. I was fortunate to be there during Ramadan, which allowed me to experience the local culture. The first pleasant surprise started right at the airport. In the baggage claim area, I was greeted by an ad for our Yango Taxi service—convenient for tourists and instantly reassuring. Of course, I immediately booked a ride, and that's when I encountered the second pleasant surprise: the option to choose a female driver. This is such a great feature, especially for female passengers, and I, of course, took advantage of it. Throughout the trip, I actively used our service and was absolutely delighted. The drivers were professionals and great conversationalists—I learned so much about local traditions and daily life from them. By the way, almost everyone speaks English, which makes the rides even more comfortable. Oman has breathtaking landscapes and a rich culture. We're excited to bring Yasmina and our other technologies to the people of this beautiful country." Yango Oman is partnering with Zumr, a leading fintech platform, to provide crucial financial support to its valued partner drivers. Understanding the challenges of unexpected expenses, we're now offering access to interest-free, short-term financial assistance across Oman. Early results are promising: during the trial phase, 173 drivers received a total of OMR 21,760, showcasing the program's tangible benefits for our driver community.
