Alessandro Santin, MD, Co-Chief, Section of Gynecologic Oncology joined the?International Journal of Gynecologic Cancer?podcast to discuss the TROPiCS-03 trial and its encouraging results in patients with recurrent?endometrial cancer. ? In the TROPiCS-03 trial, Sacituzumab Govitecan demonstrated encouraging clinical activity in patients with recurrent?endometrial cancer in progression after chemotherapy and immune check point inhibitors.?Additionally, the?toxicity profile for Sacituzumab Govitecan was found to be manageable with only 5% of patients discontinuing treatment due to treatment-related adverse events. TROP-2 protein was expressed in more 90% of the patients with endometrial cancer patients enrolled in the trial, and showed limited correlation with efficacy to Sacituzumab Govitecan. ? https://lnkd.in/eYgyf9Bx
