?? #xShare participated in the conference "Equitable, integrative, and value-driven #digitalhealth transformation", jointly organised by ADLIFE Project & The European Institute for Innovation Through Health Data. Catherine E Chronaki, FHL7, FIAHSI spoke about?#xShare plans towards equipping #patients with a useful patient summary. Building on?rights of natural persons as articulated in the #EHDS regulation, Catherine provided a showcase of the #xShareYellowButton: collecting data in a secure app, getting tailored information on one's medication in collaboration with the Gravitate-Health project, and having patient use their #IPS to identify hospitals with #clinicaltrials for which they may be eligible. ??
