We’re overjoyed to celebrate the ribbon-cutting for our Terrace at Southern Oaks—Dallas’s newest mixed-income community! Terrace at Southern Oaks offers 300 units with modern 1–4-bedroom homes. More than 150 units are reserved for those earning up to 80% of the area median income. Terrace at Southern Oaks welcomed its first residents in July, and we’re proud that they're over 22% occupied!
