    This Women's History Month on #InternationalWomensDay, I'm reflecting on the immense talent of the women at Xpedition, and the critical role they play in creating authentic marketing. Their contributions are essential in reaching the breadth of audiences clients need to be successful yet women remain significantly underrepresented in senior leadership roles across the U.S. At Xpedition, we're committed to being part of the solution. With those who identify as women comprising 62% of our team and 64% of leadership, we're experiencing firsthand how diverse perspectives enrich our creative and strategic processes. This diversity directly translates to better work and more impactful campaigns. We're proud to have contributed to a team that reflects the audiences we aim to reach, and I am incredibly grateful for their dedication and expertise. If you find this is true in your referral structure, are there ways to reach out to women rather than depend on people asking for the referral?     Helping YouTube Creators take over the ??Paris Olympics ?? During the 2024 games, Xpedition orchestrated 3 exclusive events for YouTube hosting over 100 influencers and elevating the "Creator Collective" brand. Situated within Club France (the center of celebrations for French Olympic fans), these events provided a unique platform for creators to connect, collaborate, and experience the Olympics and Paralympics firsthand.     How do you convince lower and middle income families to switch from traditional?cars?to EV’s? Turns out that the answer might be ‘familiarity’. Been doing a lot of behaviour change work lately and read an interesting study that shows that by increasing how often people see EV's within their community increases their willingness to adopt EV's - and without the need to decrease prices. When aiming to drive adoption into new markets marketers need to balance promoting benefits with making people feel like the technology is 'for people like them."

    Xpedition and Google made a splash at IAB ALM 2025 in Palm Springs, delivering two unique experiences over three days that left a lasting impression for attendees. In partnership with Google Ads Marketing, we facilitated approximately 50 meetings, creating connections and fostering meaningful discussions with customers in private Google branded spaces. For the second activation, our Xplorers created “Privacy Sandbox @ The Pointe” which featured four free-standing structures, including brand centric private meeting rooms and specialized “Sandstone Suites.” The team also provided keynote presentation support and crowd-favorite branded gifts! Partnering with Google to bring these prestigious events to life is always a highlight, and we can't wait to see what we create together next!

    As a progressive CEO, I found myself oscillating between rage and resignation after the election. I started wondering, did I get America wrong this whole time? Because of the current political climate I also started wondering if I needed to reduce our DEI initiatives in marketing to appear to a broader base? But my gut was telling a different story, and so was the data. Research shows that consumers today view diversity and inclusion as a necessity, not a nice-to-have. In fact, 75% of U.S. consumers say it is important for them to buy from brands that support diversity and inclusion. This isn’t just about countering social narratives we know are untrue; it’s also about doing the right thing in business. Younger consumers in particular expect brands to champion inclusive values; 94% of Gen Zers expect companies to take a stand on important social issues. If you’re not championing diversity, you will lose customers and market share. Seeing this data gives me hope and reminds me that brands who are rolling back their DEI initiatives in response to the election are misunderstanding the moment.
